Scientific program overview: Day 1: Posters hang up and poster viewing Day 2: Blood vessel formation - From basic mechanisms to therapy – Progenitor cells and vasculogenesis Day 3: Inflammation and angiogenesis - Vascular biology & industry Day 4: Transcriptomics and proteomics - Endothelial dysfunction - Social aspects of vascular biology; bioethics, gender issue
The program consists of: - plenary lectures given by leading scientists in the respective fields - workshops - poster sessions - journal clubs

Registration:
The summer school registration is not yet opened. EVGN members will be infomed on due time that they have to propose names of students. Students cannot apply for themselves. Registration will open end of April, begining of May 2008.
Eligiblity:
The summer school is opened to students registered in the EVGN files and working on EVGN workpackages. Supervisors must inform the management team at Inserm Transfert of the arrival of students in the lab every year.
